At RemPro Sports, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Manufacturer Defects
Masks with manufacturer defects are covered under our 90-day limited warranty.
Eligible defective masks may be returned for either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- An exchange for a new mask of the same model
Other Returns
- Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defects (e.g., incorrect size, change of preference) must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Return or Exchange
1) Contact our customer service team via info@remprosports.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
2) For defective product claims, please include photos of the defect.
3) Once approved, our customer service team will provide return instructions.
4) Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Quick Return Policy
