RemPro Sports Inc. – LIMITED WARRANTY
RemPro Sports warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when used as intended for softball or fastpitch activities.

Proper care and use of this product are required to maintain warranty coverage. Exposure to excessive heat (above 100°F) or extreme cold (below 45°F), improper use, misuse, modification, or failure to properly store and protect the product when not in use may affect product structure and performance and may void this Limited Warranty.

If you believe your product contains a manufacturer defect covered under this Limited Warranty, contact our customer service team at info@remprosports.com. To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect
  • Proof of purchase showing the purchase date

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.

Products determined by RemPro Sports to have a manufacturer defect may qualify for:

  • A replacement mask of the same model, or
  • A refund issued to the original payment method

Warranty claims must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects related to:

  • Broken or cracked face mask components
  • Defective chin cup
  • Forehead and temple padding
  • Strapping and buckle system

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or improper care

All shipping costs associated with non-defective exchanges, including incorrect sizing purchases, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
